The best blush and shimmers have the ability to transform your look and bring your skin and features to life. While others may lust after lippies or fuss over foundations, my beauty obsession has got to be products for the cheeks: blushes, bronzers, creams highlighters and shimmers. I love them all. The perfect shade of blush will highlight your face and minimize your imperfections. Even if you don’t have other products on, it can make your skin look vibrant.
I’m the first to admit I get a little excited (maybe too excited…) when I find an amazing dupe for a high-end beauty product. If it’s a good dupe it’ll look uncannily similar to the original and have will have everyone asking, “OMG, is that Chanel?” I’ve compiled a list of the ultimate copycats so you can have gorgeously flushed and glowing cheeks for a fraction of the price (shh – don’t tell!)
The Best Blush Dupes You Cannot Live Without:
The Don of the blusher world, NARS Deep Throat is possibly the most loved blusher on the whole planet, ever. Deep Throat is a powder formula, peachy pink blush with a subtle gold shimmer and works wonders to lift pale complexions.
Dupe: e.l.f. Tickled Pink
ELF always make brilliant dupes of high-end products and this is the best Deep Throat-alike budget buy I have found. Tickled Pink is on the pinker side of peach with less shimmer and a more matte finish.
MAC Full Fuschia
This blush is a blue-based, super pigmented, bright fuchsia that packs a serious punch. The color is as gorgeous swatched as it is in the pan and leaves a little iridescence on the cheeks.
Dupe: Smashbox Radiance
This lovely little number is a tiny bit lighter than Full Fuchsia and applies slightly sheerer. It also has less of an iridescent sheen than Full Fuchsia and is a subtler, more natural option.
A silky, pigmented, popping peachy coral with flecks of gold and a slight frost that’s universally flattering. Build up in thin layers to get the optimum flushed look.
Dupe: Rimmel Pink Sorbet
This Rimmel dupe is a matte, pinker tone than its Benefit counterpart with a soft fuchsia color that’s soft, buttery and blendable – an amazing dupe.
Chanel Reflex
This Chanel number is a gorgeous baked peach blush with a marble-esque surface. With gold flecks through the product it doubles up as a nice highlighter and gives a stunning glow to the face.
Dupe: ELF Candid Coral
Finely milled with a slightly less pigmented hue, Candid Coral is a light coral shade with a golden sheen (it’s less gold than Reflex) that gives Chanel a run for its money!
Do you have any dupes you’ve discovered that you’d like to share with us?
